Hi there! I just recently finished my year as an au pair ive-in nanny) in July 2019. I was living in parts of Spain for 10 months and absolutely loved it. Now, I am traveling around other areas of Europe before I head back to the states this fall. I love seeing new things and places, trying different foods (and drinks), meeting other people, and experiencing different cultures. I am a very spontaneous, laid-back, and curious person!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have wanted to try Couchsurfing for awhile, as I've heard about it from other travelers. It seems like a great platform to enable and encourage travel, but even more so, to meet new people! I love the option of being introduced to others, whether its locals or fellow travelers. One reason that I personally feel it's important to meet new people is because it can be very hard when you live in a country with which you don't generally share a language. I would love to stay with people that I can connect with and have similar interests to mine, however, that doesn't mean I'm not open to meeting people with differences, as I believe that is part of the beauty of traveling - meeting those with whom you have nothing in common! I would also be happy to have people stay with me in Minnesota if you ever get the opportunity to come to the states.
