Hello! My name is Shannon, and my boyfriend and I are going to be traveling Europe for 3 months this fall. We have spent the past 3 years living in Denver, Colorado, where we worked in non-profits supporting people experiencing homelessness and poverty. We look forward to meeting you!

I am a fan of all kinds of music - classic rock, pop, folk, acoustic, musical theatre, jazz, pop, etc. I'm a Harry Potter geek and love fantasy and thriller genres and nonfiction. I enjoy a wide variety of movies and traveling to see where they were filmed!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the privilege of working along with local South African college students in Pretoria, South Africa to run a tutoring camp in 2014 for students in primary-high school.

I am very excited to learn anything you would like to share! Whether it's local food, music, history, or nature, my boyfriend and I love learning new things! We are also happy to teach you anything you want to know about the US.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My boyfriend and I are respectful guests who are eager to learn anything you are willing to share with us, and who will gladly share anything you'd like to know about us and our culture. We're budget traveling, but we're happy to take our hosts to dinner or treat you to your favorite wine/beer/other treats! We love sharing stories, telling jokes, and making new friends :)
