Hello! My name is Shannon and I'm a 23 yr old senior music student at San Diego State University. I was born in Atlanta and moved to California for school and more opportunities when I was 19. I'm an intern at Studio West, a major recording studio in San Diego, and I love creating all kinds of music. My goal when I graduate is to travel the world, move to LA and get a job as an audio engineer at a big studio, and keep making music.

I love going on adventures and traveling and making new friends along the way. I'm very spontaneous and open to meeting new people from all walks of life all around the world, and I think the best way to get to know a new area is from a local who knows it best. I'm looking for new connections and lifelong friends instead of a place to crash for a few days.

Intereses

I love creating music and singing, surfing (yes!! even though I am from Atlanta I can surf and am even on the competitive team at my school), diving, snorkeling, hiking, riding horses, off roading, boating, and relaxing on the beach. I'm not a party animal but I enjoy a good IPA with friends. I also love live music concerts and music festivals of all different genres.

I love to share music with others, and can teach you a thing or 2 about music production and DJing if you're so inclined. I've taught surf and swim lessons to beginners and kids, too. I'm also a very skilled horseback rider and am always down for a ride.
