I am 23 and I work seasonally as a bartender. I work in the winter and summer. Then I take time to travel in the fall and spring. I also use my work as a travel outlet. My plan is to live all around the United States and possibly around the world. My goal from this is to connect with people, share ideas, and experiences.

I made this lifestyle choice recently, as I felt stuck and unsure with myself. I always had a interest in traveling. So when I became aware of seasonal work it sounded perfect for me. While I work I can live somewhere to peruse my hobbies. Then I can have time off to travel for longer periods.

I am not sure on the timing, but I am saving money to buy a camper van or a boat. Eventually I will have both. With the camper van I will tour the United States and cycle tour. With a boat I will sail the Caribbean. Even make a pacific or Atlantic crossing.

About myself I’m a laid back guy. I like to express myself through hands on work. So little handy projects, my bike, and making good food and cocktails. I am always looking to challenge myself mentally and physically. I constantly have my eyes and ears open to learn something new.

Eventually I see my self living out of the United States. I believe couch surfer will give me the experience of a local. I feel it also matches my style of travel. I love to connect with people and see what goes on beyond the major sites.

I listen to mainly r&b, soul, jazz, and blues. I also like shoegaze, hardcore, reggae, dancehall, Brazilian funk, and really anything that’s good to dance to. Any genre I can sing along with I am in favor of.

Currently I am reading 3 magic words by U.S. Anderson. Also kitchen by Banana Yoshimoto. My favorite genres are biography style or anything that challenges my own thinking.

Honestly I am not the biggest movie person. I am always open to recommendations.
