I am looking to travel the world, and of course I am on a budget! I also think it will be great to stay with locals who can introduce me to local customs, places to see and things to do! I don't want to just see the typical touristy stuff. I really want to become a part of the culture of every area I visit.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I packed up and moved to Hawaii from Vermont when I graduated from college... because Vermont is cold! :) I had no money, no job, no place to live, and no plan. I sold my car, took the little bit I got from that, booked a flight and off I went! It was a bit tough at first, but I made it work and stayed for over two years!
