I studied psychology in Scotland. I graduated in 2019 and travelled around for a few months after. I lived in Switzerland, Geneva for a few months before getting a job in London, then losing it to Co-vid a week later. Once covid settled down, I did start my corporate career.

At University, I also did a level 1 Japanese course.. Inspired by my love of anime from my teenage years.

Currently living in London with a friend.

The times I feel happiest are within nature with good people.

I believe I am fun.

I have recently developed an interest in wine and I completed my WSET level 2. I am particularly interested in learning more.

November 2025

My interest in wine led to me signing up to the French Wine Scholar, which is far too geeky for me and I will most likely fail. Perhaps I just like drinking wine instead.

Currently, I am learning Spanish and I try to get out to Spain (specifically Madrid as my aunt lives there) to aid my language skills.

I am in Madrid 4th December - 11th.
January 2nd - 12th.

It feels like there is a wave of negativity within the UK about where the country is going, and I’m not sure if I’d like to live here forever. Learning a new language may provide me with some direction. We will see.

I think that I understand the spirit of Couchsurfing, something which not everyone does. I want to see the world and assist others in my town. It is a unique and genuine way to meet people! I am very socialable and I love the idea of sharing.

I enjoy rollerblading (I really enjoy rollerblading, I have 3 different sets of skates).

Inspirational artists to me would The Pixies, Pink Floyd, The Cure, The Stranglers, Eminem and Hole. Nirvana has a place in there too.

Petals in the Ashes is a good book... Belle by Lesley Pearce was very touching. Martina Cole, the jump had such a twist in the ending. I like The Take which is a TV series created inspired by Martina Cole's books. Highly recommend. Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath. Skagboys by Irvine Welsh.

The Labrynth was a favourite movie of mine growing up. I really admired Edie Sedgwick in Factory Girl, which seems a bit strange because of the tragic ending, however she was an inspirational character! Trainspotting.
