ABOUT ME

There are two sides of my coin. I'm sometimes loud, enthusiastic, optimistic, adventurous, bouncy and generally a sparkling ball of energy. Other times, I like to sit back and take in whatever festivities are happening around me. It depends on the day... we like to call the crazy side Sparkles. Consistently though, I'm one of the most easygoing people you'll come across, I don't get angry, I'm always causing harmless mischief. I love to dance and make art and think deeply. I'm a sailor... vegetarian... child of a deadhead... into social justice and political activism... all around a fun, relaxed person. I hate answering these things.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've met up with a few cool folks while travelling but I haven't surfed on others' couches yet.. You could say my house has unofficially been a couch surfing house for years.. people are always dropping in to stay.. friends of friends passing through while travelling, etc... so I'm all for hosting people when I'm home.

I dance a lot... irish step dance, contra, swing and blues are my favorites. I also make a lot of art. I especially like large scale collaborative projects. and I tattoo. pretty much give me a creative medium and I'll want to attempt it. sailing.. magic.. making the world a better place.. being the change I wish to see. I've recently got myself into herbalism and wholistic medicine.
