Escape from Nome! We are on a month-long roadtrip from Alaska to California, in search of a new place to live and work.

ABOUT ME

I'm a dietitian and Zach is an RN. We recently finished a year-long stint of work in Nome, Alaska. I like to listen and Zach loves to argue. We both love traveling and experiencing everything that entails; from food and culture to the bonds of friendship we make with people along the way. The most precious thing we have in life is time, how we spend that finite commodity is of utmost importance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We both have been on couchsurfing for a while now. Now that we're here in Nome we'd love to start contributing to the CS community by hosting every once in a while. Hit us up if you need a couch or just want to hang out!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've attempted (but not succeeded) in surfing while Shannon is a seasoned veteran.

Interests

We love getting outside! Anything from climbing, and multi-day backpacking trips to fishing and bonfires at the beach. Good takes a close second- who doesn't love food?!
