About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel the globe to inquire worldwide why we decorate our meats with festive vegetable garnishes.
ABOUT ME
We are the McCann siblings Shannon and Sierra McCann. We like outdoor adventures and finding new unique human beings to spend our time with! We have been gettin learned at the University of Sask for quite some time now and would like to see beyond our Canadian soils. We have enjoyed many travels within our country but we are ready to cross the big blue in search of new experiences and creepy animals we don't have over here... We are laid back chicks who dig meeting new people and making delicious food! We like snowboarding, yoga, climbing, cycling, swimming, slacklining, sailing, camping, drinking a variety of beverages, trying to surf, reading graphic novels in trees in sunbeams, and making every supper a pot luck. Shannon particularly enjoys collecting excellent friends, cold pints, the art in old encyclopedias, family and hates fruit flies. She also makes really good soup. Sierra particularly enjoys looking at the stars and collecting space pictures, making decadent desserts that get wrecked on the bike ride home, taking pictures of things she deems hilarious and picking up cute pinecones. She doesn't really like eggplant.
PHILOSOPHY
Put a drop in the water and frolic in the ripples!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Shannons old roomie used to have lots of awesome couchsurfers and she enjoyed hanging with them and exchanging skills and stories. Many of our friends are on the network and have great things to say. We look forward to the experience!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Shannon has completed a degree in sciences while simultaneously standing at the tops of snowy mountain peaks. The world is her classroom and she has found a way to balance whimsy and necessity.
Although busy with school Sierra has found time to discover phosphorescence dancing on ocean waves on a late night wander.
Teach, Learn, Share
We are interested in swapping our skills for new skills. Shannon can offer knitting lessons and explain the wonders of human physiology. Sierra can offer baking tutorials and snap photos for the walls.
