CURRENT MISSION

To try and settle in NZ, and cure myself of this travel sickness...or buy a sail boat and start the next chapter! Ok..........so that didnt work out. I now crew on a super yacht and are continueing my travels!

ABOUT ME

Hello!My name is Shannon...I have been living and working abroad from New Zealand for the last 13 years. I have just returned home to try and find my place, and will van camp a few months in the meantime. I am quite new to couch surfing with only a few experiences, all positive and inspiring though.. I also look forward to hosting fellow travelers when I finally stop traveling myself in the not too distant future. I have been very fortunate to always have a roof to stay under and reliable, dependable people have taken care of me whilst being tour guides, translators and a lot more. Its always the little things that make your stay more enjoyable when traveling, and I think I will be well accustomed to meet this challenge when hosting by the time I get home (hopefully!).I am a respectful and quiet person who loves meeting people and getting to know new places, cultures, lifestyles and food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Nothing to write about yet, my up bringing was quite different to most other people. I am fortunate to have been able to further my career while living in different parts of the world. I have always been free to do what I wish, although I sometimes take forever to make decisions. Cant cry for that!
