About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My husband Bryan, our best friend Ty and myself are taking the cruise of our lifetime... We sold our house first and bought our vessel Valhalla a couple years ago... Since then we have sold just about everything, put additional work in Valhalla, my husband Bryan is a self taught licensed Captain... And on 9/9/18 we three set sail making our way South. Lot's of stops along the way...October 29th we are going to Mexico with the Baja Ha Ha rally... Once the rally ends, we're staying in Mexico for no determined time to explore Sea of Cortez, Baja... Pretty much everything.
ABOUT ME
Hello there, it's Shannon, I'm the one on the right of my World Travelers pic :-)
I have a true appreciation of life, exploring all there is that comes my way! I think diverse & cohesive would be a good way of describing one aspect of myself.
Let's see, if you have a minute to check out my other pics you'll see my husband, who is definitely my best half! and also our best friend Ty (he's the goofy one above everyone in the group pic).
Bryan, Ty and I are making this journey together

Benny and Joon, Snatch, Stand by me Gasland,.. ugh, why does your mind go blank on these like it's final jeopardy...lol.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Wow, there are many that come to mind, first would definitely be raising my amazing Son! Next would be the travels.. Scotland, Engand & Germany so far... many more to be added to that list!
And the third includes a couple of instances with animals... while in Carlisle, England I attended a wedding. As part of the affair, there was a Falconer w/ beautiful exotic birds... after chatting a bit it wasn't hard to see my passion & understanding of animals... so he let me spend the rest of the afternoon holding & feeding some of the most beautiful birds with him. My favorites were definitely the Golden Eagle & Owls!
During another trip to Oregon, we stopped at a Safari ranch of exotic animals just as they opened, I knew they had baby tigers & was excited to see them! I went in & started talking to the tiger handler & after a bit he says "Hey, I was just about to feed the babies, would you like to help!"
UH YEAH!!!..lol. So I got to feed two 4 week old tigers & when I was done with that he let me play with the 14 week old leaopard they had... for me, it felt like the experience of a lifetime!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn more about other's everything... I like to experience what and why people do what they do and love what they love... Between the three of us, much knowledge to share... A big part of this journey is to continue what do all the time a home... Help people!! we will be going to small villages with things like blow up Globe bouncy balls for the kids and offering our skills of carpentry, electrical, mechanical... Shoot, just carry water to and from when needed, we want to make ourselves available along the way to these small villages to offer any thing we can!!
