Want to try new experiences. Going to do 2 things this month: Cryotherapy (immersing body in extremely low temperatures, - 274 degrees, to simulate near death experianced and force the body to kick in the survival instinct to repair cells, decrease pain, improve blood flow and basically make you feel fricking awesome!)

And going to try the sensory deprivation isolation tank. (Floating in a lightless, soundproof tank with water that matches our body temperature. Lack of external stimuli allows us to self reflect, explore subconscious repetitive thoughts, monitor our feelings, and understand ourselves deeply with clarity)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Creating a business from scratch - taking it from $0 to $11k in profits per month - and having it go down in flames down to ashes - all within an year :)

And just wrote for 3 days straight (didn't eat, didn't speak to anyone and slept sitting up right in the middle of typing) and ended up with a 30,000 word short story. Now going to get it published. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Happy to share what I learned about launching, growing and managing businesses, marketing strategies and critical thinking. Already consult startups pro bono.

What happens when all you want is money.. and what happens when you do get it? Does it fulfils the empty space within or does it end up disappointing you and making you go into a depression? Been there so talking from personal experience. But there's a silver lining to this story. A changed mindset helped me get back on track. The difference between joy and happiness. And why we chase after joy when we should actually chase after happiness.

And I want to learn whatever you're passionate about. Whether it's painting or training pets or standup comedy or cooking pasta or restoring old vespas. Just curious about life.
