Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn how to play the ukulele.

When cooking fish, the best way I've found to keep the fish from drying out is to lightly salt both sides of the fish (you can add flavor as well) and let sit for about 5 minutes. Then turn the heat on medium high and place a generous amount of oil on the heated skillet. Next sautee the fish for about a minute and flip over. Voila.
