October 2014 I decided it was time for me to quit my boring banking job and to start seeing the world. I wanted something new, some adventures in my life and I have never regret that decision.

I am an easy going, friendly girl. Cooking is my passion and I would love to learn more about other local cuisines and culture. And ofcourse to make more friends all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm actually new to this but I love the idea of couch surfing. I like meeting new people and see a city or town from a locals point of view. To get away a little bit from the main tourist attractions and to eat where the locals eat. And to see places from your point of view. Let's make some memories together!

Interests

I am a certified advanced diver and I love surfing. (still learning) Beaches have always been my number one but I'm starting to become a real nature/mountain geek too. Oh and my new hobby is Muay Thai boxing, I did 2,5 months of training in Pai, North Thailand in 2017 and absolutely loved it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 21 I went to Ghana for 4 months to volenteer in an orphanage and school. This is when my passion for traveling and seeing new cultures really started.

And in the last 3+ years I've seen so many new countries, traveled trough Asia by myself, saw and did cool things and I've met so many new people that it's hard to choose.

Teach, Learn, Share

Let's prepare a yummie meal together so we can learn different things from each other. Other than that I'm curious, always open for new things. A new language, sport, anything :)

Oh and if anyone can teach me how to drive a motorbike; yes please!! I can only drive an automatic scooter haha.
