About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world singing songs that kindle a spirit of enchantment in the listener
ABOUT ME
I am very friendly and laid back, I love to learn and experience new things. I have devoted my life to music and the arts, and currently make a living as a musician. I usually travel with my husband who accompanies me on guitar. I also occasionally design and make clothing, and I love to cook. I love nature, hiking and exploring. I used to be a belly dancer. I have been self employed in some capacity my whole life. I have owned my own home, but sold it to have more freedom to gypsy about. I love being around creative, positive people who strive to make the world a better place for all. I love beauty in all it's forms.
PHILOSOPHY
Every stranger is a friend I haven't met yet. We are all interconnected, all part of a continuity of consciousness, and therefore we thrive far more when we cooperate together and strive to build a lifestyle that benefits all beings than we do by being only out for ourselves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am a musician who has recently expanded my touring radius to a a national level. Couch surfing with folks has really helped enable me to make this leap. Whenever I am booking a tour in a new area, I always look to couchsurfing.org for lodging.
Alas, I am not offering a couch at this time as I live in a very small apartment and am on the road a lot.
I am a very pleasant guest who would enjoy cooking for you, will give you Cds, and would even love to offer a house concert for you and your friends during my stay.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Fantastic. My first cross country tour, I stayed with 5 different people and it was all positive. Saved me loads of money too, thank you!! I am getting known but am hardly famous, so keeping my expenses down is really helpful for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sung a song to the sea on a cliff in Wales. Walked around the stone circle at Avebury and touched every stone. Stomped around little known sacred sites in Ireland, led by a druid. All on the same trip!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to offer a house concert for you and a dozen (or more) of your friends. I would love to cook for and with you. For longer stays I would love to work in your garden or contribute art to your home. I love to learn in general - perhaps a favorite recipe of yours or perhaps something about sustainable living - permaculture or how to build a solar panel. And I am always up for learning cool design tricks with the Adobe Creative suite.
