About Me
After being a personal trainer for 4 years and working 13-14 hour days, I decided it was time to hitch up and see the world.
I wanted to find a way I could still help people, but also travel and do the things I wanted to do. So now I’m travelling the world, working at summer camps and ski resorts whilst writing children’s picture books to help them grow up healthy and happy 😊
I want to see as much as I can, experience as much as I can, and have as much fun as I can along the way.
Yeah there’ll be both ups and downs, but whether I’m on an up or a down, I’d love you to be part of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think I covered this one in the About Me. But just in case: I realised I was teaching and preaching to my clients that they always had to put their own happiness first if they wanted to be most effective in helping the people around them. And eventually realising I wasn’t practising what I was preaching. So it was time to change. So here I am, travelling around, discovering life one adventure at a time.

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to fold a paper bird that flaps its wings (kids love them), show you how to handstand, and have an awesome singalong session with you.
I'd love to learn as many languages as I can whilst I travel, so if so if you can help out with that I'd be over the moon!
Share... we can share food, time, and experience. What else is travelling and life in general all about?
What I Can Share with Hosts
Insights into life, to see things in a may you may not have thought of before. Trust me, it’s good. Pretty much on a daily basis I help people work through mental barriers that have been holding them back from something, get a handle on how they eat, or help them move better and without pain. It’s really fun seeing how quickly people can change themselves for the better with the right little nudge.
