ABOUT ME
I'm a graphic designer and a filmmaker. I have a deep love of the wild untamed earth in all its natural beauty and want to experience as much of it as I can before my journey ends. I've recently become interested in SCUBA diving. I enjoy experiencing unique situations, people and places. I love to learn, especially hands on. I love to experience and create. I am particularly interested in filmmaking but also enjoy illustration, photography and motion graphics
PHILOSOPHY
I am here to explore, experience, learn, create and change the world around me. I have a very deep love and respect for nature and the wild

Music, Movies, and Books
Wow where do I start.. Books: Anything Orwell, Bukowski, Chomsky, Eugene Mare. I can't read one book at a time for some reason. Am currently reading 'The God Delusion'
by Richard Dawkins, 'The Ego Tunnel' by Thomas Metzinger, 'You are not a gadget' by Jaron lanier and 'What colour is your parachute' by Richard Nelson Bolles
Music: I love classical music but am an ignoramous when it comes to composers or song names
I love free jazz, avante garde, experiemental, noise, idm, japanoise, digeridoo, breakcore, kentucky blue grass, swing, some folk. My some of my favourite musicians: Bordoms, Acid Mother Temple, Otomo Yoshihide, Bo Ningen, Autechre, Zoviet France, Amanda Palmer, The Knife..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm adding to this slowly as I keep drawing a blank (how terrible is that!)
My latest amazing experiences: SCUBA diving at Sudwana bay; Game spotting in Kruger National Park; Two week Scotland roadtrip, the highlight being the archeological sites on Orkney Island, watching Killer whales from a cliff and wild camping; The activists campsites at the G8 in Germany 2007 blew my mind in terms of there organisation, creative use of technology, resourcefulness and sense of community
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach/share: photography, digital video and editing, graphic design, photo retouching, drawing and sketching, cooking
Want to learn: Always looking to further my knowledge in all of the above.
Additionally I want to learn about living with nature in a diverse range of ecosystems, looking for scuba diving buddies (I'm only openwater diver 18m), looking for camping buddies, I'd love to learn how to write, both creatively and journalistically. FILM FILM FILM I'm hungry to meet experienced cinematographers, directors and editors. Would love to meet underwater cinematographers and nature documentary makers. In terms of learning from students or academics I'm interested in Sociology, anthropology, philosophy, and contemporary science, particularly consciousness science
