quit my job in NYC after 2 years. moved to NH, in with the roomies. moved to Italy to get a master's degree studying food and drink. moved to Ireland after graduation. spent a summer in american then back to ireland. always wanted to go to Australia, so here I am.

moving to australia with no job, no plan was probably the scariest, bravest, hopefully not-regrettable thing i have done so far. and then i got bit by a redback with a scar to always remind me of oz.

I like to talk about food and stemming from the year at grad school, a primary interest is in food education: teaching people the importance of knowing where their food comes from; understanding the quality of seasonal foods in terms of taste, availability and food miles; promoting better food choices and eating habits; supporting local producers and fair labor; and ensuring the secured development of food sustainability.
