My name Shawn and I'm from Cleveland, Ohio in the U.S. :) There's not much to tell about me. I'm generally quiet unless I get worked up about something I find to be important or interesting. I have a terrible memory and have a hard time remembering facts, events, and faces. But I love seeing new places and different ways of life. In fact, I think that's my favorite aspect of traveling; seeing how other parts of the world approach the everyday things we contend with in every society.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I started this account because I needed to get to the embassy in Stockholme and decided to stay a few nights. When at home, I hang out regularly with the Cleveland Couchsurfing community and even attended the 2016 Couch Crash. It was like a three day adult field trip! It's inspired me to get more involved with the Couchsurfing life. ^_^ I'm constantly traveling for work now days, so I sometimes use it to make friends in the areas I'm visiting.

Intereses

I'm interested in most things to some degree or another. Love meeting new people and exploring cultural differences. I am very interested in sustainability and thinking of better ways to do things.

I can find what people like about most music. When I'm alone, I find myself listening to beach bum music. I don't read often and I wish I did.

I have a hard time thinking of any amazing things I've done. I would say the closest would be my personal development. I've seen a lot of amazing things... In Berlin I saw a barefoot old man riding a unicycle through the woods!
