I don't take myself too seriously, enjoy learning something new everyday (even the most silliest thing possible!), laughter helps you live longer!!LOL...obviously, I enjoy travel, because I enjoy being ingulfed in someone else's world...see the people & culture...not just to bring back trinkets. Traveling made me see what's inportant in life & what's not...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couch surf alot...So not only do I want to continue this habit but want to give the same experience to someone else.
Also, my apartment is cheaper!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of my experience with travel, just happened because someone offered me a place to stay. In Mexico, I met a couple from Scotland, so I stayed with them. England, I met a girl visiting family in the US, while shopping..so I went to England to visit her, I've been back to visit her family/friends twice so far & maybe again in July. And so on, so on...I learned more from them just sitting in their living rooms, then I could ever at the local tourist hotel (nothing wrong w/hotels..stayed at plenty!!) But its a nice feeling, knowing that you met different people in their regular, everyday habits...

Interests

Great conversation, noticing the oddities in everyday life...loads of swimming, all the other good stuff...reading, movies, dancing (Swing, Tribal Bellydance)...oh hmmm...TRAVELING!!

Wow...so many things...well..while flying home from Mexico...I witnessed an "Event Horizon"...when your able to see both the moon & sun in the sky at the same time...

All the above...I find people will judge me based on whatever the BBC is reporting on...I don't judge you based on what I learned from TV...so do not do that to me...I can teach you not to let TV guide your judgement, I can learn to not be so angry when I came across this when I travel...and we can share our experiences.
