I am extremely curious about absolutely everything, I can ask questions for days and have the question mark tattoo to prove it (I was 16 don't judge me)!! People fascinate me, cultures fascinate me, food fascinates me, places fascinate me.

For a living I am a Graphic Designer and I love to draw if I ever find the time. Its safe to say I am creative and will probably go along with whatever random plan you have, checking out graffiti in back alleys... yes please, a concert of someone I've never heard of... why not?

I was born in Toronto but after 13 I was in the burbs'. After University I went to Australia for 3 months and thats where I really caught the travel bug. Over the course of the past 8 years or so I have been backpacking and living abroad off and on between stints in Canada. Most recently I returned to Toronto after living 1 year in New Zealand and 2 years in London, England.

I am open to doing pretty much anything and I will be curious along the way. Always ready for more adventure!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

After my first CS experience in New Zealand I was hooked. Since then I have surfed in Hong Kong and a few other countries and have always had an absolute blast.

I find you get a much richer and local experience by couch surfing, for example in Hong Kong I went to a bunch of different restaurants and ate a ton of things I otherwise would never have tried as a solo traveler not speaking the local language.

It is also a great way of meeting new people from different walks of life.

Now that I have slowed down some I finally got to host my first surfer at my house and it was a great experience and will continue to do so!!

Animals, nature, photography, animals and umm animals?

Traveling, live music, food (absolutely love it!!), architecture, movies, pubs, wildlife, diving, snorkelling, the ocean, volunteering.

Movies: Catch Me If You Can, Saving Private Ryan, John Q. Love documentaries or movies based on true stories (as far fetched as they may be). Comedy or action... heck yes, you won't catch me watching a horror flick though!!

TV Shows: Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, anything on the Food Network.

Snorkeling with whale sharks in the Philippines was one of the most breathtaking experiences. Pretty hard to narrow it down to 1 so I'm throwing a couple else out there.

Cage diving with whale sharks in South Africa, Diving with hammerheads in Galapagos, sleeping in the Sahara desert.
