ABOUT ME

first generation Persian-American girl. born and raised in the bay area about an hour south of San Francisco. I have a younger sister, and a GIGANTIC extended family scattered all around the world which just further fuels my traveling. I've been traveling since I was 1 and my mom took me back to Iran...OK time for bullets:
•I'm random
•I'm super blunt
•probably, my 3 favorite things to do in the world are: eating, laughing, and traveling.
•i love all things related to design: architecture, graphic, fashion, industrial, landscape,
•I'm pretty creative and really like making things with my hands
•love mother nature (i lived in Oregon for 5 years)
•love meeting new people
•played piano for 12 years
•danced for 10
•played field hockey for 3
•love trying new things (especially new food)
•favorite color is turquoise
•lucky number is 4

PHILOSOPHY

i could go on FOREVER about this,actually, we can probably talk more about this when we crash on each others' couches, but it really just boils down to:
do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

even though this story didn't happen through CS, I'd like to share it, the first day i arrived in Madrid i had a reservation at a shitty hostel for 2 weeks. I met up with Luis, a connection in Madrid through a cousin in London. Luis took me out for a drink and brought his friend Elena, she immediately offered me to crash on her couch. I said yes, and 3 weeks later, when I had found my own apartment we were inseparable. & 7 months later...we're still inseparable.

This experience really impacted me, the way Elena, saw me and believed in me and trusted in me immediately. I'd like to pay that forward.
