I just want to soak up as many experiences in this lifetime and meet as many wonderful people as possible. I express it through music :-)

ABOUT ME

Like a lot of people (especially my age or so it seems), I am still entertaining ideas of what I would like my long term future to look like. As I chip away at my multiple interests for indefinite periods of time, I continue to learn about myself and just enjoy the interactions I have with others.

The 'lessons' I learn and experiences I accumulate all seem to be used at my disposal through writing. I mostly write songs, I am working on a story that is told through my songs but also includes a few poems, 'blogs' (or my personal philosophy on a particular subject), and other assorted small excerpts here and there. In the end I hope the musical project will inspire others to always keep improving on themselves and realize we all have the same internal mechanism that holds both our potential, as well as our self-limitations.

PHILOSOPHY

I have too much to put in this box, I'm dedicating my life to cultivate a personal philosophy and prune it as necessary while I continue to grow. Once I have the resources available I will include a section specifically for blog entries or 'personal philosophies' on a website that can tie my whole music project together in one place.

I've just joined, but I'm hoping to accumulate some great travelling experiences before I can host others.

Interests

Philosophy, Psychology, Neuroscience, Music (Performing, Listening, and mostly Writing), Sports (Hockey + American and European Football)

Face-to-Face Socializing! If you want to spend time with someone but be in front of a screen while you're together... you probably have them on whatever device you're looking at!

Just conversations, learning about people, what they like and why. Even if it's not an 'interest' of mine I am interested to learn about it and why its interesting to someone else.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - I don't watch a lot but your typical comedies/horrors/rom coms/dramas/action like anyone else. I'll watch animes, documentaries, college films, anything haha.

Music - Right now a lot of Scroobius Pip, Rise Against, Immortal Technique. But again I will listen to anything just for the experience. I write my own songs and can always benefit from any inspiration no matter where it comes from.

Books - I don't read a lot of fiction. Psychology/Neuroscience magazines, Philosophical texts (or podcasts can be easier), autobiographies (Craig Ferguson, Palden Gyatso)typically spark my interest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I visited the underground caves in Cozumel, Mexico last month. The water was as clear as I could have ever imagined and the minerals dripping from the stalactites above provided us with the most cleansing sand I've ever experienced. It truly seemed like an age-defying substance!
