Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world, meet new people, see beautiful places, try new foods, to experience life.
ABOUT ME
I am an outgoing and adventurous girl originally hailing from the Black Hills of South Dakota but have spent the last 8 years living and working in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. I have been in the service industry for over 10 years and have recently graduated from college, thus I am looking forward to starting the next phase of my life with new and exciting adventures. I am a very active and independent individual who enjoys traveling and the freedom of the outdoors, but I also love spending time cooking, eating, drinking and indulging in intuitive and meaningful conversations with worldly people.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe those who die rich in experiences, good and bad, are truly the wealthiest of all.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I will be utilizing the surfing side initially but once I settle back down somewhere I hope to explore the hosting side.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Thus far, the experiences have been amazing; I feel as though each one tops the last, but it's only that I am continually touched by the unique kindness of each individual host.
Interests
I like to do yoga, take walks, ride bike, ride horse, and swim, even though I am not very good at it. I also enjoy reading books of all kinds, specifically the subjects of history, philosophy, and food. I love food. I love to talk about it, read about it, cook it, serve it, share it, and most of all, eat it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Camping on a night without a cloud in the sky, on the side of a mountain in northern Minnesota, overlooking Lake Superior and Canada, while watching the full harvest moon rise out of the lake, like a luminous orb over glass. Breathtaking.
I also had a puma walk right outside my tent in the middle of the night in the highlands of Ecuador, which was pretty cool too.
Teach, Learn, Share
That is a big question, answer in progress...
