I'm about to go off travelling again for few months across Central and South america. I took my first trip last year and went to Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar - I also did a week of walking Spain and had some of the best experiences of my life so far. So I decided to do it again! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I loved experiencing different cultures, visiting beautiful sights and trying all the unusual and wonderful food.
My favourite kind of travel is to spend some time in one place to get to know it properly, rather than just rushing through and I think one of the best ways to know a country is to spend some time with the people that live there.

I want to learn Spanish and I will be spending some time at language schools and I hope to be able actually put it into practice while I'm travelling about! I'm hoping to meet like minded people on my travels who can share a part of their world with me, while I share part of mine with them - and hopefully make some lifelong friends! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked over 100km in 6 days in Spain, on my own, and met so many great people on the road - it was physically really difficult and so easy to give up and I'm glad I didn't!
