What I do gives me the opportunity to open the hearts and minds of children to the beauty and possibilities of the world and help teachers discover (for some, rediscover) the meaning and joy of teaching. When I am not working (or trying to make a difference in the world I live in :p ), I like to travel. Travelling is my way of relaxing and reenergising; my way of connecting with the me within me.

At some point (soon enough I hope!), I'd like to buy a one-way ticket to somewhere far away and travel around the world for a year or so!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I am planning to go on a few solo trips beginning from now and would love to take these opportunities to meet new people from around the world and see new places through the locals' eyes!

I'd also love to meet up with travellers in my home country. Always nice to make new friends : )

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

The sun doesn't set in Lofoten, Norway, during summer. My friends and I were feeling adventurous close to midnight one day and we decided to go hiking up the mountains (since the sun doesn't set!). We also packed with us a portable grill and packets of sausages in our bag. When we got to the top of the mountain, close to two or three hours later, we roasted sausages in the cold (it was a very very cold summer!). It was an AMAZING experience!
