À propos de moi
CURRENT MISSION
to truly enjoy every minute of life and to see every inch of this planet before I die :)
ABOUT ME
ahhh, I don't know.. I always have trouble writing things about myself. I am very friendly, but recent life events have made me less trusting. I love meeting new people, but stubborn, irrational, ignorant, or mean people really get on my nerves. I LOVE to travel and I LOVE to learn, which conveniently, often go hand in hand :) I have been just about everywhere that has anything at all to see in this country, coast to coast, and a lot of the rest of North America. I want to explore every inch of this planet before I die, and take lots of pictures :) And now that we have couchsurfing.com, I'm meeting some incredible people along the way.
PHILOSOPHY
Rudyard Kipling's "If" captures it beautifully.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I tell everyone I meet about CS, and I encourage people to join and give it a try in whatever capacity they're comfortable with. We rent an apartment in Manhattan, a 5-10 minute walk to a major transit hub, the Lexington Ave./59th St station, which will get you anywhere. I plan to host and meet as many people as I can!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'll write more here at some point, but I have had nothing but amazing and totally positive couchsurfing experiences, many of which are somewhat detailed under my comments and references :)
Centres d'intérêt
I love chemistry!!! Also, reading and learning just about everything, traveling (of course!)... I love anything new.. oh, and doing things outside (frisbee, rugby, bicycling, just walking, badminton, ice skating, playing catch, just about anything!).

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
I love to read just about anything. I have a ton of books, and not because I'm the pretentious type and want people to think I've read them all, hehe, but because I like having a variety of stuff to read, and I frequently reference the materials.
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
I've traveled a lot, and lived more places than most Americans, but nothing I've seen or done could really compare to some of the things that I would like to see and do. I did a 26-mile walk for an awesome charity once. The experience was absolutely amazing and unforgettable.
