ABOUT ME

I am from Missouri USA, 37, female, and love to travel, I've been to Germany 2x, UK, France, Canada 3x, New Zealand, and Korea and I live in Japan currently. I'm 166 cm or so, an ambivert, and would rather wear sneakers than heels. I have a little bird though she's not too fond of people.

PHILOSOPHY

I go with the flow. I live for the moment. I'm pretty close to Atheism if speaking of spiritual persuasions, I live to have experiences, even if I don't remember them. Pictures sure help with that.

Intereses

My hobbies are playing with my cute bird Freya, and playing a few computer games. I love meeting new people but have a horrible memory and won't remember people in a few years - that's life for me, barely remembering my past, taking full advantage of the present, looking forward to the future. Future plans? Bit in the wind at the moment.

Mostly nondrinker, non hiker, cool if you like those things, I just won't be joining you but have fun safely!

Love fantasy, . As far as music goes, I enjoy classical and opera and I can sing with a classically trained Alto voice. Things I can't sing to (rap, jazz) aren't my thing. I do enjoy sewing a bit, rock hunting, and I love talking finance, teaching, etc. I like helping people get their resumes and skills in order (most people have no idea what skills they have or what a skill actually is!) so they can get better jobs.

I've been to the 2000 World's Fair in Hanover, Germany and the 2012 Yeosu World's Fair in Korea. I saw the Wall in Germany before it completely was taken down. I touched it - powerful.
I've been bungee jumping as a test dummy for a amusement park. Twice. I've seen the real painting Mona Lisa and statue of Venus de Milo. I've been to Mount Rushmore, mined gold in Colorado, and dug up quartz crystals in Arkansas. I've seen both major oceans, from both sides of it. Can't say just one thing.

I can teach English as that's my job, with a focus on pronunciation. I can teach basic German. I know some Japanese, and a lot of basic words in American Sign Language. And a few words in Korean.

Living so near Yokohama and Tokyo, basically -there's everything within an hour's train ride or 2.

I just attempt to provide a nice place to rest for a few days, similar to a hotel but a lot more friendly and personal. I rarely leave my house cause I have videos to work on or game duties to attend.

I offer: Nice pullout couch, airbed, Wifi, laundry (no dryer), towels, kitchen with decent amount of cooking tools, decently warm blankets/pillows, heater and fan available. Air conditioning in apartment but not the room directly. Quiet area.
