I'm a curiosity that is unfolding.

I'm of mixed heritage and my life experience so far tells me I need to keep traveling and live and work in as many different places as possible, to me this is living: knowing the world and meeting people, finding the new and feeling the familiar in it, seeing the different and learning more about what that means to me and to others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to meet like minded people and enjoy the experience of being in a city, exploring and discovering what the country has to offer in good, fun and interesting company, to make those friends that I don't know yet.

Interests

I like poetry, photography, visiting museums, going to the theatre, dancing: salsa and tango, I occasionally draw and paint, these are part of my ongoing experiments and would like to learn how to sculpt too.

Music: I like a bit of everything, but I always return to Nick Cave, Amalia Rodrigues, Fela Kuti, The National, Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Coltrane, Bob Dylan, The Doors. Edith Piaf, Bach and Mozart.

Films: Cinema Paradiso, Annie Hall, Three colours: Red and Blue, Wings of Desire, Goodbye Lenin, Amelie.
