ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Shen from China. I live in Shanghai for the most of my life time and working as company staff in Maritime Shipping area for 5 years. I love travelling, from 2010 to 2011 I went to visit South-East Asia for 9 months, including Nepal, India, Myanmar, Thailand and Malaysia. I worked as a volunteer in Mother Teresa's House in Kolkata, Inida for 4 months, mainly to help with the handicapped elders and children.

Now I got an open working visa of NZL and will heading to Auckland on Oct 25th.

Interests

I'm quite hard working, with an open heart and fast learning capablity, also familiar with daily house work and taking care of young kids, love nature/animals/wild life as well. I love cooking, can cook Chinese style well but also love to try different styles from other countries all over the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have some volunteer experience in Mother House which impress me a lot. I love to work there in Kolkata, India with so many other volunteers coming from countries over the world and make friends with them. From that I learn what is love and how to love.

Another impressive experience is my trekking around Annapurna. It took me about 11 days hiking around the Hymalaya range and got a very hard memory...I nearly die by that time as I caught cold over 4000 altitude, but fortunitely I met a Russian group which help me so much I can never forgot them!
