Fun-loving, risk-taking, adventure-seeking Scottish girl hoping to meet and greet new friends from around the globe. Lived in Japan and New Zealand before, and hoping to do a big multi-stop trip in the next couple of years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For me couchsurfing is a fantastic way to meet local people when travelling, and for welcoming others to your own environment. I am not particularly comfortable with hosting people in my own home, or by being hosted, but I'm happy to meet up for coffee/drink/dinner and some good conversation!

Interests

Love to spend time outdoors - beaches, hills, forests, parks. Anywhere I can get a bit of peace from the city and some fresh air in my lungs. Adore Scotland in the summer - hate it in the winter!

Done a fair bit of travelling but really want to get my claws into South America and South East Asia.

Love to dance - just don't get the opportunity as much as I'd like!

I like Southern Comfort

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly read travel writing - but just finished 'I'm not scared' by Niccolo Ammaniti which was fabulous. Does 'The Folk of the Faraway Tree' by Enid Blyton count as literature? Love to shake my booty to disco house or R n B. Love to chill to a wee bit of soul. Don't do TV really - it bores me.
