I was based in cairo, and was (and still is) a Jpurnalist. Then I started to shoot celebrities, and became extremely popular. But this did not satisfy my "Travel needs", so I shifted to become the first Picture book author in Egypt, around 20 years ago. This made me vary happy although it does not pay the same. But I traveled a lot, and satisfied my needs and allowed me to meet real people and nice tour guides...etc.
