I turned 40 [!] this year and it was damn about time to bring a breath of fresh air to my life!
Hence, I quit my job, married my boyfriend and moved abroad! Sounds like a mid life crisis? Naaa... that cliché would rather include a divorce ;)

As of September 2023 we live in Spain. Due to the new job, we ended up in the vicinity of Marbella which at times is giving us a hard time. Status and big cars is actually nothing that matters to me and I am still not sure where to find my sociotope in this area. By all means, the nature around is amazing. Hiking, mountainbiking, exploring the nature and cities around is what keeps me occupied at weekends.

I would be so fond of meeting couchsurfers here with that open and diverse mindset which I liked so much about this community.

I have been couchsurfing ever since my studies and offered a couch whenever my situation allowed me to.
CS made me meet hell a lot of wonderful people. Not only while traveling but also in the place I lived . Some of these became my closest friends for more than 10 years now.
