About Me
I've been registered on Couchsurfing for a while, but only now decided to start my experience here. I hope you won't be put off by the fact that I don't have references yet; I'm on my way to acquiring them :)
I have been traveling for almost my entire life. Before, I used to go on short or long trips, but a year ago, I made traveling my way of life. In the past year, I have visited 10 countries in Asia, almost always traveling solo. I have lived in countries for extended periods, like a local, immersed myself in their culture and life; learned to ride a scooter and surf; covered thousands of kilometers in cities; studied Buddhist philosophy in the Himalayas and attended teachings by the Dalai Lama; completed a yoga teacher training and became a certified yoga teacher; found close friends in every corner of the world.
I am somewhat introverted, enjoying spending time alone, reading a lot or writing my own notes; listening to music, walking around the city, or just sitting alone with my thoughts in a cafe. I dislike hustle and bustle, try not to rush and observe the world around me.
At the same time, I am open to everything new, always happy to welcome new people into my life. My faith in humanity is boundless because wherever I find myself, I always find help and support, I always meet kind and honest people ready to simply share their joy and vision of the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'll be honest: since traveling is my way of life, not a luxury to visit somewhere once every six months, I try to find ways to make my stays more budget-friendly. That's why I decided to try the Couchsurfing experience. Besides, I know that as soon as I have the opportunity to give back, I will do it immediately, and I will also host guests myself.
