Hi, I'm Shiela! I've been living in Antwerp, Belgium for over 6 years. I moved to Antwerp for a studies in photography, which I loved and was very passionate about for a long time. Through photography I grew to love learning more about people and the world. I started to study again, this time Social Work. Meanwhile I'm working as a barista in a cosy coffee bar in the middel of the city. After I finish my second studies, I'm going to travel for a few months. In the meantime I would like to do little trips in Europe, or hosting people myself, to meet like minded people. 🌞

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I very much enjoy solo traveling. But it's also lovely to be able to share your experiences with someone else. I think couchsurfing is the perfect way to do that. I love showing people around in my own city (Antwerp). And I think it is cool to experience another place myself, through the eyes of a local.
