Overview
About Me
I was born in China and started my career after university in international trade, mainly working on renewable energy project development in Africa and Australia. In 2017, I returned to China, completed a TESOL certificate, and have been teaching IELTS ever since.
I enjoy a calm and simple lifestyle, which is why in 2020 I decided to return to university to pursue a Master’s degree in Law, the same field I studied in my undergraduate years. During my master’s studies, I developed a strong interest in climate change law. Currently, I am continuing my academic journey as a PhD candidate at Mahidol University in Thailand, focusing on climate change policy and its impact on persons with disabilities.
I first heard about Couchsurfing through a podcast, and it immediately caught my attention. The idea of stepping into a new environment, meeting interesting people, and sharing life stories with strangers who gradually become friends feels like a unique and meaningful adventure.

After being away from school for 12 years, I decided to return and continue my studies. It was both challenging and rewarding.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy sharing what I know, especially about English learning, IELTS preparation, and climate change issues. At the same time, I’m always curious to learn from others—whether it’s about local culture, personal experiences, or simply a new way of looking at life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I enjoy sharing personal stories from my own life experiences—whether it’s about living and working abroad, returning to school after many years, or simply the small lessons I’ve learned along the way.
