Overview
About Me
I worked in banking for 18 years, but I recently decided to leave my job to follow my true passion: traveling and discovering different cultures.
My spouse and I are currently on a journey around the world, meeting new people, learning about local ways of life, and experiencing the world firsthand—not through screens or stories, but through real human connections.
We believe in kindness, cultural exchange, and living life with curiosity and open hearts
I usually travel with my husband. We are a couple who deeply enjoy exploring the world together and connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
My husband is a 43-year-old man originally from Iran, but he has also lived in South Africa and the Central African Republic for some time. He’s very sociable, easygoing, and always curious about life and people. Like me, he is passionate about traveling, cultural exchange, and meaningful conversations.
He is also a great cook and has a real talent for technical and repair work — always happy to lend a hand if something needs fixing! He enjoys nature, spiritual practices, and spending time in peaceful environments.
We truly believe that every journey is richer when shared with kind and open-minded people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’ve always had a passion for travel and exploring different cultures. About ten years ago, I visited several countries—including some in Europe, South Africa, India, Malaysia, Turkey, and the UAE.
Although most of my trips were short, they opened my eyes to the richness of human connection, kindness, and the beauty of cultural diversity. These experiences stayed with me and slowly grew into something bigger.
Eventually, I decided to leave my stable job and follow my heart: to travel the world, connect with people, and learn from their values, traditions, and everyday lives.
I believe Couchsurfing is the best way to meet real people and understand the world not as a tourist, but as a fellow human being. I’m not just looking for a free place to stay—I’m looking for genuine connections, meaningful conversations, and new perspectives on life.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
I enjoy family-oriented and romantic movies—stories that touch the heart, explore emotions, and bring people together. I also like light comedies and inspiring films that leave a positive feeling.
Some of my favorites include heartwarming dramas and love stories with depth.
🎵 Music:
I listen to almost everything—depending on my mood. From relaxing instrumental and world music to pop, soft rock, and even a little traditional music from different countries.
Music is like a companion to me while I travel or meditate.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I left my stable banking job after 18 years to follow my dream of exploring the world, connecting with people, and learning from different cultures.
It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the most liberating and meaningful one I’ve ever made. Now, every new person I meet and every culture I discover feels like a new chapter in the story of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
:teach
I can share what I know about meditation, especially deep and long practices that help bring peace and awareness. I also enjoy talking about spiritual and ethical teachings I’ve studied over the years. I’d be happy to introduce others to simple daily routines like walking, light exercise, and connecting with nature.
Learn:
I'm always curious to learn more about different ways of life, spiritual paths, cultures, and personal growth practices. I love learning from people’s life stories, perspectives, and values. Every person is a teacher in their own way.
