Occasionally I hit up the skate park on the road. I enjoy practicing Qi Gong, yoga, meditation.

I like to dabble in playing the native american flute and fiddling around on the guitar.

I enjoy metaphysical and spiritual books currently. I like watching documentaries. My favorite music has been conscious hip hop, from artists like Blackalicious, Jurassic 5, Immortal Technique, etc. My current favorite band is Nahako and Medicine for the People.

I spent 6 months teaching photography to kids in Peru. While in Peru I discovered they sold Snyder's pretzels which are made in my small home town of Hanover, PA. While in Alaska, I discovered they had Snyder's pretzels in a small mom and pop gas station. No matter how far south or north i've traveled, it seems my hometown presence reaches all the corners of the earth.

Everyday I typically practice qi gong for 30-60 minutes. I enjoy sharing what I've learned so far in my practice. Should you wish to join in, feel free.
