CURRENT MISSION

I've been placed on this earth to be curious of my surroundings. I've seen everything I can here in the United States and I'm ready and willing to start exploring the rest of the world. I've been given a great pair of legs, and a wide open mind!!

ABOUT ME

I'm stubborn and independant. I want to do as much as I can when I can and I feel that spending the small amout of money I have from working on traveling is well worth it. I've taken on a lot this past year in changing my lifestyle to accomidate good environmentally safe living. I have two fantastic roommates here in Bend Oregon who also love to travel and try new things. I'm fortunate to have so much support in everything I choose to do.

PHILOSOPHY

If you are kind to others they will in turn be kind. No matter what's happened to me in my life I want to continue to see the good in people. I will always have hope that we will be safe with one another.

So far I've gotten involved by logging on and wanting to be apart. I heard of this place through my roommate and thought - if someone's willing to put me up, I'm willing to do the same.

Interests

My interests change daily. The staples are reading, writing, painting and drawing. I have a tendancy to stare at things and I love catching myself watching something intensly. You can find me working out at the gym most days (only to be healthy!!). I also always have my music with me.

Music, Movies, and Books

This changes all so often for me. I'm reading a book on Backpacking at the moment, along with Atlas Shrugged. I'll try to keep you posted on new things. Oh, and I love Indie Rock. I just got into Yeasayer and Broken Social Scene. Hold Steady and Arcade Fire are a must for me right now. Oh and Band of Horses. (This list could really go on but I don't want to bore you!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've driven across the United States from Oregon, down through Cali - over to Texas to Florida, up through the east coast then through the MidWest back to Oregon, on my own. I've done a lot of other things too, but that is a pretty important trek I took.
