ABOUT US

We are an Indo-Finnish couple and we live between Germany and Finland and at times India. Shine works in a university in Germany and that keeps him there. For Eveliina, Helsinki is home for the time being.

We are an easy going couple who loves having fun and enjoying our lives. Eveliina is the professional artist between us. Shine says he's more like a 'wanna be' artist ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Shine: I have couchsurfed once when I was in Israel and it was a beautiful experience. I stayed with some nice and welcoming people and there were not any awkward experiences at all.
Eve: I've heard about of good experiences and nice new friends people got while couchsurfing so finally got my profile here as well.

Interests

Arts for sure. Painting, drawing, filming, photographing, street art, music etc.. Human Rights. Humanitarian work. Passionate about different cultures and exploring the world. Good food. Hiking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Shared a deep conversation about life with an Egyptian nun who run an orphanage for 80 children.

Teach, Learn, Share

We would love to teach creative things, such as painting, drawing, photographing, filming and editing as well as baking or our languages mentioned above. At the moment we're trying to learn guitar and keyboard and would love to learn some dancing as well!...or actually would be nice to learn anything new.
