ABOUT ME

**Will be living in Bogota from March to June, 2014!!

A bit shy when first meeting new people, but once I know you my sarcastic, dorky side comes out!

I have lived overseas for 12 years (Japan, China, Korea, and Saudi Arabia) and travel often. I love the outdoors and exploring the non-obvious areas of cities all the while taking photos non-stop.

I've been on CS a few years, but really just used it for the first time this year.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Growing - I hosted someone for the first time this year, met up with people twice, and have yet to be hosted.

All were great experiences, so I look forward to adding more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An early morning hike to a mist-filled sunrise over an Indonesian volcano valley...

spending the day wandering through a rock cut cathedral near Cappadocia in Turkey...

getting a personal tour of Gandan monastery by an English speaking Tibetan monk...

completing a charity road rally from Budapest to Armenia (though the Brit in our group flipped our ride in Serbia, we still finished!)...

(Oct/Nov 2013), I'm sure I'll be adding my 6 weeks of trekking in Nepal!

I make killer spaghetti sauce and am a really good editor...some people say photography, but I'm still working on this one!
