I got out of the military on July, 14th, of 2016 (after 10 years of service, honorably discharged) and have been trying to transition into I.T. from Security. I have a few courses I signed up for. I am also looking at getting into postmate and maybe Lyft.

I have worked in security for over 5 years.

So my situation right now is definitely in transition, I am finally getting my drivers license 12 years or so belated (16 is the standard age people get one, right?) I had an appointment for it but my co driver with the insured car flaked/bailed on me and appearently they didnt even have there car registered. blagh

I am unsure what to do right now.

I have a car, my dad says I am doing things backwards but when you see an opportunity then you should go for it.

Speaking of dad, I am going to be staying with him in Stockton shortly after my Drivers license appointment, and hopefully getting work out in his area but with a license I can at least work in postmate and lyft/uber.

So my current situation is I recently moved out of my gf/ex gf's place (complicated situation and if you really want to know then I can tell you) and I went down to keep an eye on my mom as she struggling with her own complicated situation with her husband that she separated from. Her husband is now in jail and out of the picture so no don't worry about any drama from that.

so while I try to sort myself out, I feel like I should soul search.
