Current Life, City Story

I've been living in Beijing for three years where I finished my postgrad education and then moved to Shanghai after graduation in 2014. So currently I'm living and working at SH.

Whether BJ or SH, they are big cites with their own style. My favorite definitely goes to BJ cuz it's history, culture, people and everything excepted the polluted environment. Need any info or tips about these two, just come to me.

Love Me, Love Travel

I'm not those world travelers who have been to many places, neither I'm those crazy guys who quite job to start a traveling life.

For me, traveling is part of my life ( sounds like cliche here, but it's true). I'm really enjoy reading stories about places outside China, interested in making traveling notes and itineraries on my own. I'm enjoy meeting people and wish friend with them rather than just been a passer-by. Tell you what, I'm very good at memorizing people' face and name ( very bad at numbers), so I won't forget you if we ever meet each other:)

At Least You Should Say...

At least you should say "Hey Shirley" and "Thank you"!

Well, I'm rather new here but do got some bad experiences which also good lessons from another side. I'm not just anybody, I'm Shirley. So please not just "Hi" cuz it's not to Me.

People would message me whether for meeting or tips. I really glad to get such messages and willing to go out or offer advice. But sometimes I get no more replies. If you know how happy I'm and how serious I take your request or question, at least you should say "Thank You".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hmm... very simple. If someone need a place to rest, and I have a bed. Why not invite she/he to come?

I choose to trust strangers even though I got some lessons on that ( been hosted a guy who turns out to be terrible liar and been stand by a irresponsible host). Still believing in CS for I've met good people.
