Music: Belle & Sebastian, Courtney Barnett, Arcade Fire, Velvet Underground, Watsky, the Do, Marina and the Diamonds, Magnetic Fields. Also have a soft spot for ludicrous club music lyrics whilst I run: "Supersonic, elevator, next level, upgrader". A classic Fergie crescendo.

Movies: an area of knowledge I sincerely need to work on. I really loved Dear White People.

Books: Amis, Larkin, Barnes, Updike, Calvino. Reading Ali Smith at present.
