ABOUT ME
I love to travel and Love nature. I'm a certified yoga teacher and been doing yoga since 2000 . I studied yoga in India, Australia and Colombia. I loved to be sorrounded by people who are into meditation, gardening , human and environmental rights. I am an environmentalist who loves to meet people that care for others and for planet earth. I believe laugh is the best medicine so I love to laugh and love to met people that make me laugh. I love to meditate and to learn more about how can we manage our mind and emotions.
I love to sing kirtan ( bhakti yoga. singing mantras with a group of people) .

Me encanta viajar y estar rodeada de naturaleza. Soy profesora de yoga y me gusta estar rodeada de gente tranquila que este trabajando por su paz interior y que dedica su tiempo a hacer proyectos que creen conciencia ambiental. Me interesa conocer gente que este trabajando en proyectos alternativos que protejan el medio ambiente y que promuevan el desarrollo de un ser humano integral.

Laugh is your best medicine.
Be the change you want to see inthe world. however is not that easy.
La mejor forma de cambiar el mundo es dando ejemplo, a veces no es tan facil.
No hay que tomarse nada personal.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to met travelers and share with locals. As a yoga teacher I love to share my kniwledge , so if I I'm a couchsurfer at your home I'll be glad to exhchange a yoga class or a meditation or Yoga nidra (deep relaxation ) sessions with you.

COUCHSURFING Experience

Although I have been registered in couch surfing for many years, I havent used much because always a friend or a friend of a friend appeared to host me on my destination.
Im ready to met new people and I think is a great way to connect to people who are open to share. I think is great to know new places from locals perspectives.

Puedo ofrecerles una clase de yoga, pueden ser posturas, técnicas de respiración, meditacion, o técnicas de relajación.
I will love to share a yoga class, with postures, meditaton, pranayama, yoga nidra. or just a session on any of those as you prefer. We can do a mantra chanting fire ceremony.
I can teach you some spanish.
