Hi, I’m Shivam! I’m 28 and currently living in Mumbai, India. I work for the central government in India and in my free time, you’ll often find me at the piano, trying out new melodies or just unwinding. I’m friendly, curious, and always up for a good conversation about cultures, food, music, or travel.

I’m on a personal mission to visit 50 countries before I turn 50. So far, I’ve explored 10 countries with my last stops being South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore. For me, travel is about connecting with people and learning how life is lived in different corners of the world.

I believe the best way to understand a place is through the people who call it home. Couchsurfing gives me a chance to meet locals, share stories, and experience travel in a more meaningful and authentic way. I also enjoy hosting or meeting travelers when I’m not on the road—it’s like bringing a bit of the world into my home.
