I'm a grad student studying at McGill University. I have my own random work hours .. usually work late in the nights.. I'm doing my Masters in Electrical Engineering and live near the most happening street in Montreal.. St Catherine!

Couch-bed in the living room.. Also have a mattress .. depends on your preference.. I'm usually busy in the morning on weekdays but available in the evenings.. My place is in the center of downtown near Saint Catherine and there are a lot of places to eat nearby. I have a roomate who also studies at McGill.
