About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel...meet locals, + speak fluent French sometime in my lifetime.

ABOUT ME

I'm a rather sociable person who takes great interest in her surroundings. I enjoy intellectual, creative and physical challenges which go with my two passions in life - architecture and rockclimbing I have been procrastinating that damn graphic novel for almost 8 years now and must finish it once and for all. (I especially love seeing live music, and does not mind being the only one dancing if she likes the music. :)

PHILOSOPHY

Learn from your surroundings. There's so much to take in wherever you are!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to be involved in the online community here by participating in the website's forums. While I am not travelling or busy with school, I would love to lend my couch in Canada to my friends I meet here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed once in Brussels and I loved how I got to meet locals.

Interests

Architecture, Fashion, Music (I play guitar, piano) Rockclimbing, Snowboarding, Ultimate Frisbee, Films (film is my passion!) Camping, Live music!!! I enjoy the contrast of bars / clubbing to reading quietly or watching scientific or sociological documentaries in my room.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My multipitch trad climbs while rockclimbing in Australia were absolutely rewarding and amazing, but at the same time very very scary!

I saw Ronchamp by Le Corbusier and the Pantheon, those two great pieces of architecture blew me away!!!

Living on my own in a new country (Australia), and living in a non english speaking country (switzerland) at the moment is pretty amazing to me. :)

Countries I’ve Visited

China, France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, United States
