About Me

I was born in Tokyo and now living in Harvey Bay, Australia.

My biggest interest is fine dining food as I am a chef myself.
I love travelling around the world chasing the best scenery and nature, also like travelling for food/restaurants around the world.

Now I realise how much there are to see, feel and appreciate this beautiful planet and I am dying to explore every bit of this planet...
I like going to places like middle of nowhere where nobody/not many people have been to.
I like being alone in the middle of the desert, diving into deep sea water, would like to visit small tribes in Africa and spend time with them, even would go to another planet.

I love culture. . .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting and getting to know local people and doing home stays to explore more about the real life wherever I go!
I know what I am talking about because many many people I met thorough couchsurfing have been incredibly amazing and awesome community is out there.

I would like to cook my food and want people to try! I make good pasta, sushi, vegan food...
I love using local ingredients to come up with random ideas and tasting new ingredients.

I usually cook some meals for hosts in return because it is a good way to return.
I am always happy to share my passion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When Savusavu villege in Fiji got critically dameged in Januay 2016 by tsunami, I cooked my food for many people in Australia to raise money so my friend could organise a charity trip to the villege and help them in many ways.
So we raised money and went to Savusavu in April to build houses from scratch because they were all destroyed, papmer the mothers with high tea to give them breaks, give pesents to the local kids etc.

People in Fiji were amazing: they share everything they have with us even though they are in hard situation
They had the warmest heart I'd ever seenin my life.
So much to learn from them.
