ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Shona, 24 and living in Glasgow. I get described as tigger (can't keep still and over excitable) and told I should be a tv presenter.

I love meeting new people and having a nice time. I think I enjoy everything, I'm quite easily amused. Things I do the most - making and designing stuff, laughing, talking too much, dreaming. Things I do a lot of dancing (I was runner up in some big dance off at a festival this summer...I think it was more for enthusiasm than skill), cycling, wandering, swimming, adventures, making up stupid competitions.

Just surfed so far but I'm now living somewhere I can host so come and stay!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've just been couchsurfing at others houses when I was away in Germany earlier this year. Everyone was great. I haven't hosted folk yet as I've been working away since then and haven't have anywhere to host... I do now though so come and stay!

Intereses

Art, making things, theatre, laughing, making up challenges, learning new things, talking. listening, seeing new things, meeting new people, dancing, being silly, skiing, doing dangerous things (safety shona), making people happy, cooking, horse riding, outdoors, countryside (from the country), cities, telling stories. Anything that makes you smile.

Música, películas y libros

I like any music with a good rhythm, anything I can dance to, anything that livens up my insides.

I make better movies in my dreams/daydreams but I'm happy watching anything, generally just let someone else choose, cant specify a favourite off the top of my head but things that are a bit obscure/perverse. I don't have a tv and I'm not really interested in it, I do watch the odd documentary, mainly horizon, oh and I watched Black Mirror earlier in the year (that was pretty ace) but I'm not bothered about series and things like that

Books - I like ones with pictures and diagrams, I like short stories too as I never have the attention span to commit to anything longer and if I do start to read something long that isn't factual I start to feel guilty that it's taking over my life.

Everything. I can tell you lots of lovely stories if you want but I'm not very good at picking favourites, I just enjoy everything!

I'm pretty practical, I work half of the week teaching mouldmaking and casting and spend the rest of the time making and designing various things in many materials. I can pretend that I know anything though. I love learning new skills as well as useless information so I'd like to learn anything you want to throw at me!
